The experience begins around 10 minutes before departure so boarding can be calm and elegant from the first moment. Once on board, our team welcomes you, shares brief safety guidance and offers a glass of cava or a similar alternative. We then show you around the yacht so you can settle into the outdoor area and enjoy the atmosphere. The departure through the inner marina is smooth and refined; once at sea, the yacht gains energy and that feeling of freedom, breeze and excitement becomes part of the experience. On the way back, the pace softens again with ambient music and the Mediterranean creating a relaxed, memorable setting.

It is not common, as we sail in controlled conditions and on calm routes. Even so, we carry basic medication on board and the captain can adapt the navigation for greater comfort.

Timing is strict in order to respect every reservation. If your booking is for up to 4 guests and you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you may lose the departure. If you are the full group, the experience will be shortened proportionally so the next booking is not affected. No extensions or refunds are offered in these cases.

Yes, provided it is within the notice period stated in the cancellation policy applicable to your booking. Outside that window, refunds are not available because the date has been held for you and your group.

If conditions are unsafe or not suitable for enjoying the experience, we offer a date change or a refund. The final decision is always made by the captain for safety reasons.

Up to 10 guests per departure. The experience is designed to feel private or semi-private, never crowded.

It depends on the type of booking. It can be arranged as a private charter or in a reduced shared format, always with a maximum of 10 guests on board.

A glass of cava or a similar alternative is included. Cocktails, on-board drinks and premium extras can also be requested. For full groups, tailored catering can be arranged in advance.

No. For safety, hygiene and experience management reasons, outside food and drinks are not allowed on board.

Yes, swimming is only allowed in summer and whenever sea conditions are suitable and the captain authorizes it. Not every departure includes a swim stop, as this depends on the season and the state of the sea.

We recommend comfortable clothing and no high heels. On colder or cloudy days, bring something warm, ideally a light windproof jacket. Sunglasses, sunscreen and swimwear are also recommended if you would like to swim. Everything else is ready on board.

It is not designed as a children's activity. To preserve the premium nature of the experience, we only accept young guests aged 16 and over, always accompanied and supervised by adults.

Yes. The yacht has an on-board sound system. You can request to connect your own music or enjoy a curated ambient selection.

No. For safety, hygiene and on-board comfort, animals of any kind are not permitted.

Only in the aft outdoor area and always with crew authorization. It is not allowed in the other areas unless the captain expressly permits it.

It depends on the selected package. In most cases, the Sunset Experience and Day Tour last between 1 hour and 1 hour 20 minutes.
